The primordial oil
At the Poggio Saturnino estate we produce BRUTO. A natural organic extra virgin olive oil. Let nature take its course with all its strengths and weaknesses without any human, chemical or natural intervention. Just as nature created and cared for it. We limit ourselves only to the collection and rigorously cold pressing. Thus was born a unique extra virgin olive oil, with an intense, spicy, slightly bitter, primordial taste.

It is part of our family together with the oil and the small vegetable garden too
soft wheat, which we grow organically.
